About the Opportunity

Grubhub’s B2C Merchant Marketing team drives strategic objectives by showcasing top merchant supply and compelling offers through integrated in-app experiences and multi-channel campaigns.  As a key member of B2C Merchant Marketing team, the Manager, Growth operates at the intersection of growth strategy and integrated marketing to drive Grubhub’s long term strategic priorities. This role will own growth workstreams from inception to optimization — transforming data into market-leading local and national campaigns—while partnering cross-functionally with Analytics, Brand, Creative, Product, and Merchant Network teams to deliver integrated programs. By thinking holistically, you will align campaign strategy with broader brand objectives to fundamentally advance Grubhub’s business impact and growth goals.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of merchant growth initiatives across key markets to achieve long-term scale and business objectives.

  • Scale Multi-Channel Frameworks: Transform individual pilots into scalable, multi-level marketing playbooks that consistently drive diner acquisition, engagement, and order volume.

  • Strengthen Brand & Retention: Execute merchant-centric campaigns designed to build local credibility, enhance national brand affinity, and reduce churn among high-value partners.

  • Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Orchestrate strategy across Brand, Creative, Product, and Merchant Network teams to ensure cohesive execution and unified departmental priorities.

  • Optimize Performance Insights: Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and institutional best practices to refine future campaign ROI and team accountability.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, operations, consulting, business development, or a high-growth environment (MBA a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM related fields

  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns and GTM plans in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and partnering with technical or product teams

  • Experience building and managing marketing budgets and forecasts, including ROI analysis, pacing, and variance reporting.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills; ability to align teams and influence senior leaders

  • Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau for dashboarding and visualization is a plus but not required

  • Curiosity and a drive to test, learn, and improve

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
