Job Summary
Are you a pro at building meaningful relationships with influencers and creators? Do you have a passion for beauty and love discovering emerging talent? We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge for e.l.f. Beauty's influencer campaigns across the East Coast. You’ll work closely with our marketing squad to develop and execute strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and brand love in key East Coast markets. Responsibilities:
- Grow and nurture e.l.f.'s influencer network across the East Coast, partnering with both seasoned pros and rising creators.
- Develop and execute East Coast-based influencer campaigns aligned with product launches and overall brand strategy.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with influencers, managers, and agencies in Eastern U.S. markets.
- Plan and execute regional influencer events and activations in East Coast cities.
- Manage monthly PR box and seeding efforts to keep influencers excited and engaged with new product launches.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including ROI and EMV, to ensure success and optimization.
- Collaborate with the social team to ensure influencer content is on-brand and aligns with e.l.f.’s tone and messaging.
- Identify emerging talent and trends specific to the East Coast market to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee influencer marketing budgets and maintain detailed, accurate reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with PR, social, and marketing teams for seamless, integrated campaign execution.
- Lead and mentor coordinator-level team members, supporting their growth in influencer marketing.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, ideally within beauty or consumer goods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong network and existing relationships with influencers and agencies across the East Coast.
- Demonstrated success in executing regional influencer campaigns.
- Strong instincts for spotting emerging creators and trends within regional markets.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, content creation trends, and digital culture.
- Proficiency with influencer platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A genuine passion for beauty and a pulse on East Coast consumer behavior and trends.
- Budget management experience and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media analytics tools.
