Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in the design, development, and implementation of IT governance framework specifically tailored for infrastructure transformation process and projects, aligning with the organization's overall risk appetite and strategic objectives.
  • Leading proactively in identification, assessment, and analysis of risks associated with infrastructure transformation, including technological, operational, security, and compliance risks.
  • Ensuring all initiatives, projects and ongoing operations comply with relevant internal policies, external regulations (e.g. BSP Cir., PCI-DSS, ISO27001), and industry best practices.
  • Collaborating effectively with various departments including IT Operations, Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, and Business Units
  • Monitoring cloud governance and economics projects and operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations (e.g., local data privacy laws, industry-specific regulations), and industry best practices.

We’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with a significant focus on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience in leading GRC initiatives within large-scale infrastructure transformation projects (e.g., cloud migration, data center consolidation, network modernization).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, BSP Cir.)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to Financial Services (e.g. BSP, PCI-DSS etc)
