Position: Manager, Integrated Marketing - Social, Creator & Content, OXO

Department: Marketing

Work Location: New York, NY Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)


Hybrid Schedule: At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What you will be doing:

The Manager, Integrated Marketing - Social, Creator & Content will lead OXO's social-first marketing ecosystem and translate brand and business priorities into high-impact social, creator, UGC and content programs. This role will develop platform-specific strategies, with particular focus on winning on TikTok and Instagram, and will connect organic social, creators, PR, paid media and integrated campaigns so each channel amplifies a consistent OXO story. The Manager will operate with a high degree of independence, lead multiple agency partners, and use cultural and performance insights to build familiarity, relevance and long-term brand equity.

  • Lead and evolve OXO's organic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop a social-first content strategy that translates brand priorities, product innovation, and cultural trends into engaging, platform-native content.
  • Own the social editorial calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of brand, product, category, community, and cultural content.
  • Drive TikTok growth through trend analysis, creator partnerships, social listening, SEO, and rapid testing.
  • Lead creator, influencer, and user-generated content (UGC) programs across organic, earned, and paid channels.
  • Partner with creators and agencies to develop authentic, high-performing content that aligns with brand standards and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with Brand, PR, Creative, Media, DTC, and Retail teams to create integrated campaigns and maximize cross-channel impact.
  • Manage agency relationships, budgets, timelines, briefs, and deliverables while ensuring quality, efficiency, and measurable results.
  • Oversee community management, social listening, competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and escalation protocols.
  • Measure and analyze social, creator, and content performance, using insights to optimize engagement, brand awareness, consideration, and business results.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and testing plans to drive continuous improvement across social and creator programs.
  • Connect social media performance to broader brand and business objectives.

 

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience leading social media, creator and content strategy for a consumer brand and/or agency.
  • Experience optimizing digital content to improve engagement, achieve business goals, and drive ROI.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading, and editing.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven content recommendations and solutions.
  • Self-starter who can independently prioritize, lead key workstreams and operate effectively in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing social media content, community engagement, and consumer communications.
  • Strong understanding of social search, platform trends, audience behavior and content optimization.
  • Experience using social listening, publishing and analytics tools to translate performance into actionable recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or other 4-year Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field. 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience across social media, creator marketing, content strategy, integrated marketing and/or brand marketing, ideally within a consumer brand or agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading social and creator programs and managing external agencies or production partners.
  • 5+ years or more of digital marketing experience agency and/or client side. 
  • Experience developing and managing the development of a variety of digital content – written, video and images. 
  • Work experience in CPG, Beauty or fashion industry.  Home, food, lifestyle category is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification related to communications, journalism, marketing, beauty or fashion industry.

In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $91,197 - $114,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
