The Manager, IT Infrastructure is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the organization's core technical infrastructure — including networks, servers, systems, and cloud/hosting environments. This role ensures the infrastructure is scalable, secure, and highly available, translating infrastructure strategy into operational execution.

Manages and maintains the organization's network, server, and systems infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance

Leads infrastructure transformation and upgrade projects to enable the organization to scale

Implements and maintains infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Oversees systems and network architecture, capacity planning, and disaster recovery/business continuity readiness

Partners cross-functionally to assess and address the organization's technology infrastructure needs

Manages infrastructure projects from conception to implementation and evaluation

Manages the infrastructure budget and ensures resources and assets are utilized within approved budget

Monitors information security principles and practices as they relate to infrastructure systems

Stays abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure

Identifies, develops, and implements process/policy improvements within the infrastructure team

Participates in hiring activities including candidate selection and interviews for infrastructure roles

Supports collaborators on the infrastructure team in training, development, performance, and competency alignment

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required

Demonstrated a minimum of seven years of experience in IT infrastructure roles is required

Demonstrated a minimum of three years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required

Demonstrated experience in systems and network architecture, information security principles, and IT best practices
-
Demonstrated experience conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is required
