We are looking for a commercially savvy consultant who can translate life sciences expertise into high-impact, market-facing content and messaging.
This role is designed for someone who understands pharmaceutical and biotech commercialization — launch planning, commercial operations, analytics, incentive design, targeting, patient solutions, market access — and can turn that understanding into structured, differentiated content for senior commercial leaders.
You will work directly with subject matter experts across the firm to distill complex thinking into clear narratives, frameworks, slides, case studies, and mid-funnel materials that support real commercial conversations.
This is not a traditional writer role. It is a consulting-oriented position for someone who can think structurally, work comfortably with SMEs, and produce content that reflects the nuance and rigor expected by life sciences commercialization leaders.
1. Translate Expertise into Market-Ready Content
2. Messaging and Positioning Contribution
3. Mid-Funnel and Sales-Aligned Materials
6. Customer Insight and Persona Development
4. AI-Enabled Content Acceleration
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Qualifications
At least 4-5 years in life sciences consulting, marketing, commercial strategy, analytics, or pharma-focused professional services
Willingness to jump into a variety of content and project needs – this person may be doing a collateral one pager one day, writing a case study the next, and creating a webinar presentation after that. Doesn’t only do “one thing”
Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical or biotech commercialization dynamics
Ability to think structurally and build clear frameworks
Solid and clear writer and editing skills
Advanced PowerPoint skills and comfort creating executive-ready materials
Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders
Strong editorial judgment and ability to translate complexity into clarity
Comfort operating independently and managing multiple workstreams
Consulting background (strategy, analytics, commercial ops)
Experience contributing to thought leadership or client-facing materials
Exposure to RFP support or sales enablement
