- Translate and communicate business intent in a directive manner that partner teams can act on
- Partner with internal and external creative and marketing technology teams to build and scale marketing tactics and optimization to drive lifts in KPIs, particularly conversion metrics

- Write clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies, driving continued performance and optimization against KPIs across channels

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry
- At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity
