Lead development of marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition and retention through Search Engine Marketing and Shopping campaigns. Manage strategy and optimizations for marketplace paid program (Amazon, Walmart). Manage comparison shopping engine paid programs and work closely with account managers for opportunities and execution. Coordinate marketing efforts with creative, finance, legal, and merchandising departments, coordinate with agency partners. Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile month end spend.
Pay range: $102,482 / year

Preferred Qualifications
Requirements:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Integrated Marketing Communications or a closely related field, plus two (2) years of experience as Paid Search Coordinator or a related role. Requires 2 years of experience working with (1) Google Ads (Search), Microsoft Ads (Bing), Amazon (Search-led Retail Media), Walmart Connect, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebooks ads), (2) Google Analytics and Contentstack, (3) Amazon and Walmart paid programs.
