The Manager, Partner and Integrated Marketing will serve as a key extension of leadership, owning high-impact partner marketing initiatives and special projects that drive growth across CLEAR’s most strategic relationships. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, organized self-starter who wants broad exposure across marketing, partnerships, and business strategy while helping turn ambiguous ideas into measurable results.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the primary marketing lead for select high-priority partners, including key airline and financial services partners.
  • Support Concierge go-to-market efforts and lead marketing support for new feature and product launches.
  • Manage and optimize CLEAR’s affiliate partner marketing efforts.
  • Serve as the go-to owner for cross-functional marketing initiatives and special projects that fall outside existing team mandates.
  • Partner closely with leadership to translate ad hoc ideas and opportunities into clear plans, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute partner-specific marketing plans aligned to partner priorities and CLEAR’s business goals.
  • Leverage partner-owned marketing channels (email, social, on-site signage, activations, video, etc.) to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Coordinate across Marketing, Partner Success, Operations, Creative, Legal, and Public Affairs to ensure timely execution and approvals.
  • Ensure partner marketing efforts align with CLEAR’s brand, corporate strategy, and on-site operational realities.
  • Concept and execute promotions, contests, and campaigns that drive account creation, CLEAR+ adoption, and platform usage.
  • Collaborate with Partner Success on the Growth Partner Newsletter and related creative deliverables.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of partner marketing initiatives to assess impact and ROI.Conduct basic partnership and campaign analysis to answer key questions (e.g., “Is this partnership driving value?”).
  • Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance through testing and optimization.

  • Demonstrated impact on partner performance, engagement, and revenue.

  • Ability to independently own workstreams and provide leverage for leadership

What you're great at:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, or a related field (breadth and ownership mindset matter more than deep specialization).
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguityHighly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong communicator who can manage up, across, and externally.
  • Analytical enough to assess performance, interpret data, and make sound recommendations.
  • Experience working with corporate or enterprise partners.
  • Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Looker).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strategic thinker who can move quickly from idea to executionDetail-oriented with an “own it” mentality

The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
