We are currently seeking a Manager, Partner Growth and Management to join our Partner Management & Strategy, based in our New York, New York office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as an expert with in-depth understanding of account partner KPIs including
subscription, linear and advertising revenue
Build and maintain digestible tracking documentation of relevant KPIs and confidently elevate changes in trends to leadership
Support further analysis of account-specific tactical plans
Synthesize research from across the company to inform and strengthen customized partner strategies.
Serve as day-to-day contact with external partners, exhibiting high degree of confidentiality discernment
Proactively identify, assess and present business opportunities by collaborating with cross functional teams including but not limited to Strategy, Finance, Product, Marketing and Insights
Act as established resource for account specific questions from cross functional stakeholders
Proactively seek ways in which to elevate the account and company objectives, as well as help to solve problems through course of business
Be accountable for campaigns activation, execution, approvals between internal and external teams, and performance tracking
Create and contribute to regular presentations with internal and external stakeholders with clear narrative and messaging
Act as an established resource for customer experience by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of partner UI and growth product capabilities
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
College degree required with an emphasis in marketing, business and/or communications.
5-7 years of relevant work experience in media, distribution, Pay or Streaming TV
Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of management and directly with clients
Executive presence within presentations and day-to-day conduct.
A background in account management and/or subscriber-focused partnerships; preferably in TV, cable or streaming media businesses
Broad knowledge of the media industry, streaming platforms, company organization, policies, and practices
Excellent working knowledge across Microsoft Office applications
Well organized and detail oriented with ability to maintain cross-functional details of performance easily digestible across teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with four days (Monday through Thursday) in NY office.
The base compensation range for this position is $85,000- $95,000, commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
