Who are we hiring?  

The Manager People Development will identify and develop programs that support employees in reaching their full potential and achieving organizational goals and priorities. These programs will focus on enhancing employee performance by building skills and knowledge to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement. The Manager People Development will support and influence content, design, and implementation plans through thoughtful collaboration within the learning and development function, the broader People Practices team, and business stakeholders. 

 What will you do?  

  • Collaborate with People Practices Business Partners to identify the skills and behaviors that are needed to support business strategy and create programs and initiatives that develop these skills in employees. 
  • Partner closely with business leaders and subject-matter experts to assess team development needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive performance. 
  • Develop a strong knowledge base of objectives, goals, and priorities within the various facets of business operations to effectively make recommendations that inform development strategies. Create and deliver engaging learning content that empowers employees across levels to build their skills and achieve performance goals, including live trainings, online modules and curriculum, presentations, job aids and newsletters.  
  • Manage development programs that contribute to individual and organizational performance, including planning program components, communicating with stakeholders, managing timelines and providing administrative / logistical support. 
  • Measure the completion and effectiveness of trainings and learning initiatives through survey and data analysis, providing actionable insights to improve learning outcomes. 
  • Utilize data to inform decision making and present relevant solutions to support achieving business objectives. 
  • Be a thoughtful collaborator to support broader learning and development programs in addition to other People Practices initiatives. Stay informed on learning trends and best practices, using research on organizational design and development, performance management, career development and other emerging topics to enhance People Development strategies and programming in support of business priorities. 

 What do you need to succeed? 

  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, learning and development, and/or program management. 
  • Experience leading organizational development and change management initiatives to drive performance improvement. 
  • Exceptional learning agility, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments to drive innovation and success. 
  • Strong sense of initiative actively pursues growth opportunities and consistently exceeds expectations. 
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, skilled in tailoring messages for diverse audiences and working across teams to achieve objectives. 
  • Exceptional project management abilities, effectively planning, executing, and evaluating large-scale L&D programs to drive impact and success. 
  • Proficient expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies. 
  • Results-oriented mindset with an ability to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and ensure accountability for deliverables. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Human Resources, Learning and Development or Organizational Development, and/or HR Certifications or equivalent experience

Pay Range
$83,000$140,000 USD
