We are seeking an experienced and data-driven leader for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management to drive high-performing digital marketing strategies for our healthcare clients. In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid search and display campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with client goals. Your expertise in Google Ads, paid search, LinkedIn, and performance-driven digital marketing will be critical in guiding our clients' success and enhancing our agency's leadership in healthcare marketing.


You should be a proactive, strategic thinker with deep experience in search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) campaign management, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with in-house teams and external partners to deliver data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns.


This position reports directly to the Sr. Director, Digital Marketing, and works closely with account leaders and creative teams within the agency. Occasional travel may be required.


Key Responsibilities:

-Lead PPC and SEM Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), display advertising, and paid social campaigns to drive measurable results for healthcare clients.

-Campaign Execution and Optimization: Manage day-to-day execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization of PPC, SEM, and paid media campaigns.

-Budget and Bid Management: Oversee paid media budgets, adjusting bids and allocating spend strategically to maximize click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and ROI.

-Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve results.

-Landing Page and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work closely with design and content teams to optimize landing pages for better ad relevance, quality scores, and conversion rates.

-SEO and Paid-Organic Integration: Collaborate with SEO specialists to align organic and paid search strategies, ensuring a cohesive search presence.

-Social Media Advertising: Oversee paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring they complement SEM efforts and drive engagement.

-Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest advancements in Google Ads, AI-driven bidding, audience targeting, and ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.

-Competitor and Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitor strategies and industry trends to refine PPC and digital ad strategies.

-Team and Vendor Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners (agencies, ad networks) to ensure seamless execution of digital advertising initiatives. Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.


Qualifications:

Education:

-Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field.


Experience: 

-5+ years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising, SEM, and digital performance marketing.

-PPC and SEM Expertise: Proven success in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, optimizing for lead generation and conversions. Bing Ads a plus.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and bid management platforms.

-Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other analytics platforms to track and optimize campaign performance.

-SEO and Paid Search Synergy: Working knowledge of SEO best practices to ensure alignment between organic and paid search strategies.

-A/B Testing and CRO: Experience running A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.

-Healthcare Industry Experience: Prior experience in healthcare marketing or regulated industries is preferred but not required.

-Project and Budget Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and handle budget allocations effectively.

-Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Strong ability to present insights, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams.
