The Manager, Pre-Sales Operations, strengthens Syndigo's ability to win complex enterprise opportunities by driving structured pursuit management, scalable RFP/RFx response operations, and pre-sales enablement.

This role supports the development and execution of the global pursuit desk and proposal management function, ensuring consistent, high-quality responses to competitive opportunities while equipping sales teams with repeatable frameworks and operational support.

The position plays a key role in supporting strategic deals by managing RFP programs, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and ensuring responses clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and differentiation. It also oversees pre-sales systems and tools that improve efficiency and quality, including proposal automation platforms and demo automation tools (e.g., Consensus).

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Lead and support the global pursuit desk and proposal management operations
  • Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, and RFx response processes within RFP SaaS platforms
  • Partner with sales leadership on strategic pursuits, opportunity qualification, and positioning
  • Coordinate cross-functional contributions (Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success)
  • Develop and enforce proposal governance, frameworks, and best practices
  • Support capture planning, win theme development, and competitive differentiation
  • Oversee proposal automation tools, knowledge management systems, and AI-enabled response solutions
  • Enable scalable demo programs through platforms like Consensus
  • Maintain alignment with Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline visibility and deal tracking
  • Track and report on operational metrics, proposal performance, and pursuit effectiveness
  • Support ESG, security questionnaires, due diligence, and compliance documentation
  • Mentor and develop a proposal and pursue coordination with team members

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 10+ years in proposal management, pre-sales operations, pursuit management, solution consulting, or related roles
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or technology organizations with complex B2B sales cycles
  • Proven success managing structured RFP/RFx programs using modern proposal tools
  • Experience partnering with sales leadership on strategic enterprise deals in SFDC-driven environments
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes and ROI narratives
  • Experience designing scalable operational processes and governance models
  • Familiarity with proposal automation, AI tools, and knowledge management platforms
  • Experience enabling demo programs (e.g., Consensus or similar platforms)
  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring proposal/pursuit teams
  • Preferred experience within data-management or product-data ecosystems, including Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), and Product Experience Management (PXM) markets 
  • Preferred background supporting global bid desk operations across regions (NA, EMEA, LATAM) 

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.

Budgeted Salary Range is:
$120,000$135,000 USD
