We are currently seeking a Programmatic Yield Analyst to join our Pricing & Inventory and Direct Response team based in our New York, NY office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programmatic Deal Tracking:
- Track and monitor Programmatic deals, including Programmatic Guaranteed and Private Marketplace activity, ensuring accurate reporting on delivery, pacing, and revenue performance.
- Core KPI Dashboards:
- Analyze and maintain core metrics including CPM, CTR, viewability, fill rates, win rates, and inventory utilization to identify opportunities to improve revenue and performance.
- Programmatic Trend Analysis & Insights:
- Develop and maintain reporting on programmatic revenue trends by sales channels, agencies, verticals, platforms, and product lines. Analyze marketplace demand and performance trends using data from multiple sources including programmatic platforms, ad servers, and other internal reporting tools.
- Data QA & Troubleshooting:
- Partner with Ad Operations, Sales, and Planning teams to investigate delivery issues, underperformance, or discrepancies in programmatic campaigns and deals.
- Ad Hoc Reporting Support:
- Provide ad hoc reporting support to the Director and VP of Pricing & Inventory
- Reporting Improvements:
- Support the development and enhancement of internal reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to improve the quality, accuracy, and accessibility of programmatic data.
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred):
- 2–4 years of experience in digital publishing, programmatic advertising, yield management, or data analytics
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into clear insights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
The base compensation for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience.
