The Optimization team is part of Core Payments organization. We are responsible for optimizing digital payments and for driving transaction authorization improvement globally. We do this by creating solutions to help our customers driving authorization performance and leading tactical engagements with our main partners to identify holistic opportunities to improve approval rates.

We are driving a strategic, multi-year transformation to develop new solutions on our authorization network to solve for these pain points. These new solutions will incorporate innovative products, services, and capabilities to increase digital authorization performance and drive higher conversion rates for our merchant, acquiring, and payment service provider partners.
As a Product Manager (go to market), you will play a critical role in bringing solutions to market that drive material value to our customers by gathering insights and testing hypothesis directly with customers and by collaborating with product development teams, engineers, data analysts, regional product managers, and other customer facing teams. Unleash your analytical and creative problem-solving skills to define the future of how we serve our customers.
Key responsibilities: • Define and contribute to the GTM strategy for our new authorization improvement products including gathering insights, developing KPIs, contributing to the definition of the customer experience/journey, and working in partnership with the Development and Technology teams to ensure value is delivered to customers. • Drive and own customer adoption pipeline and sizing top business development opportunities to unlock growth. • Serve as a strategic business partner to key geographic and functional business units to execute the go-to-market strategy, align with the overall optimization strategy • Subject matter expert for all things Optimization to lead customer meetings and support deal negotiations to materialize the opportunities.• Create and communicate value stories that demonstrate the value of the product in a compelling narrative. • Engage in idea generation, concept validation, and business case development • Leverage data, analytics and market insights to come up with recommendations that will drive penetration, adoption, business decisions and development of new and existing strategic solutions, all in the effort to improve authorization performance • Ability to work in a matrix organization and liaise with Cross functional product teams, Legal, Franchise, Finance, Market Development, Account Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other product teams
