The Manager, Product Management will play a critical role in driving the development and success of Mastercard Move innovative solutions, including Mastercard Send. Key Responsibilities:
The Manager, Product Management will be responsible to define and execute the service differentiation strategy for disbursements and remittance flows including risk management tools, sanctions & AML compliance, fraud services, and data analytics.• Product Governance: Drive product governance excellence by guiding cross-functional teams through structured advancement decisions, maintaining high-quality documentation of readiness signals, and ensuring strategic alignment across global and regional stakeholders to accelerate time-to-market and reduce rework
• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product strategy for Mastercard Move's money movement portfolio, with a specific focus on Mastercard Send and related cybersecurity and intelligence tools.
• Product Roadmap: Utilize customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to build product roadmaps and develop features that meet evolving needs in the payment, disbursement, and security space. Drive continuous improvements in user experience and product functionality.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, operations, regional partners, and customer-facing teams to ensure products are built, launched, and scaled effectively. Act as the main point of contact across teams for product-related decisions and updates.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to measure the success of products, drive decisions on new features, and optimize user experiences. Provide insights to stakeholders to help shape future product enhancements.
• Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the product launch process, ensuring that key internal and external stakeholders are well-prepared, and coordinate post-launch activities, including gathering customer feedback and product performance reviews.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that product solutions meet industry standards, compliance requirements, and Mastercard's security protocols. Mitigate risks and ensure the robustness of product offerings.
