Overview
Mastercard's Security Solutions organization (SSO) develops and delivers world-class risk and security products & services for Mastercard customers across the globe. The Product Commercialization Manager will play a pivotal role in driving market readiness, launch excellence, and commercial success for our Security Solutions portfolio, including identity verification, fraud decisioning, dispute resolution, and cybersecurity offerings. This role acts as the bridge between product, sales, marketing, operations, and partner teams to ensure that new products and enhancements are successfully packaged, positioned, and delivered to market with maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and own the go to market (GTM) strategy for new and existing security products across identity, fraud management, dispute resolution, and cybersecurity.• Partner with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer centric value propositions, pricing models, and market aligned packaging.• Conduct market and competitive assessments to identify commercialization opportunities, customer segments, and product market fit.• Lead cross functional launch planning, ensuring alignment between product, sales, marketing, operations, legal, and customer success.• Define and manage launch milestones, success metrics, and readiness requirements.• Create and maintain commercialization artifacts, including positioning guides, launch playbooks, customer facing messaging, and sales enablement materials.• Equip sales and partner organizations with the tools, training, and collateral needed to effectively sell security solutions.• Drive adoption of new products by developing playbooks, demo narratives, competitive talk tracks, objection handling guides, and ROI calculators.• Support key deal cycles by providing strategic product insights, positioning, and solution guidance.• Monitor product adoption, revenue performance, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to optimize GTM strategy.• Partner with Marketing to shape demand generation campaigns aligned to the security product roadmap.• Identify barriers to adoption and develop programs to accelerate customer onboarding and product utilization.• Influence product strategy through market insights and feedback loops from customers, sellers, and partners.• Advocate for customer needs and ensure commercial viability throughout the product lifecycle.
All about you:
• Substantial experience in product commercialization, product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy-preferably in security, fintech, identity, risk, or SaaS.• Strong understanding of identity verification workflows, fraud decisioning platforms, cybersecurity concepts, or dispute management systems.• Demonstrated success leading cross functional product launches in fast paced, matrixed environments.• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Preferred• Experience in enterprise software or cloud-based security platforms.• Background in fraud prevention, risk analytics, or cybersecurity frameworks.• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to identity, data protection, and financial services.
