OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox Corporation

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content — through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Sales Research & Ad Effectiveness Manager dedicated exclusively to our rapidly expanding Podcast & Audio Creator portfolio. In this role, you will be the analytical backbone of our ad sales team, transforming complex listener data and performance metrics into compelling, revenue-driving stories. You will own the measurement lifecycle from end to end—providing quantitative and qualitative insights for pre-campaign RFPs, managing advanced brand lift studies, and utilizing cutting-edge attribution tools to prove real-world ROI for major brand advertisers. This is a premier opportunity to shape the future of measurement in the booming creator economy.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Pre-Sale Insights & RFP Support

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Utilize primary and syndicated research tools to uncover quantitative and qualitative insights that define our audience.
  • Pitch Integration: Create insightful, narrative-driven presentations that arm internal sales teams, agencies, and clients with data that wins business.
  • Ad-Hoc Intelligence: Fulfill rapid-turnaround requests leveraging audience metrics, consumer behavior, competitive spend, and podcast marketplace trends.

Campaign Measurement & Brand Lift

  • End-to-End Studies: Lead custom advertising effectiveness and brand lift projects for top-tier accounts across automotive, CPG, tech, and entertainment.
  • Vendor Management: Own the relationship with external measurement and attribution vendors to design methodologies, oversee sample collection, and review survey questionnaires.
  • Insight Delivery: Translate raw campaign data into visually polished wrap-up decks, clearly interpreting the data and presenting findings directly to clients.

Advanced Podcast Attribution & Performance

  • ROI Verification: Deploy pixel- and IP-based attribution tools to track digital conversions, website traffic, and purchase behavior driven by podcast ads.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze multi-touch attribution data mid-campaign to provide actionable recommendations that maximize advertiser ROAS.
  • Internal Education: Serve as the subject matter expert, leading marketing and sales teams on how to leverage new attribution capabilities and insights.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience:  5+ years of experience in media research, digital ad effectiveness, or audio/podcast analytics.
  • Podcast & Audio Expertise: Deep understanding of the podcast landscape, including host-read dynamics, RSS-feed distribution, and streaming audio metrics.
  • Measurement Toolset: Experience with digital audio and media research software (e.g., Magellan AI, Podsights/Spotify Ad Analytics, Podtrac, Triton Digital, or MediaRadar).
  • Research & Methodology: Strong grasp of custom research processes, including survey design, methodology formulation, and data analysis.
  • Vendor Familiarity: Prior exposure to brand lift and research vendors such as  Veritonic, Arts AI and Nielsen.
  • Technical & Soft Skills:
    • Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Masterful ability to translate complex data spreadsheets into clean, digestible visual stories.
    • Exceptional communication skills to confidently present data to high-level agency buyers.
    • A proactive, self-starter mindset comfortable navigating the fast-paced agility of a startup backed by the enterprise scale of Fox Corporation
