Overview
The Consumer Core Sales Specialist team for North LAC group is focused on profitably growing Mastercard's Consumer Creidt, Debit and Prepaid core business in the division by developing and enhancing consumer products value propositions that address the needs of issuers and consumers. This group actively collaborates with a wide variety of internal Mastercard teams as well as external customers, partners and vendors.
The Manager, Consumer Credit product management plays an important role in executing this vision, ensuring Mastercard remains competitive by leading Caribbean cluster opportunities for new products and optimizing performance of the existing ones while, supporting issuer relationships, driving business development and managing the consumer product line and strategy.
This role will work closely with internal Issuer Account Management teams focused and external partners with Fintechs, Fis and Merchants.
Role
As Manager specialist sales, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Consumer Core products across the Caribbean Cluster for North LAC. You will own business development, sales, lifecycle management, and implementations, ensuring key projects are implemented in the markets.
Job Responsibilities:
Issuer Engagement & Account Support. Serve as a key contact for issuing partners, providing strategic and operational support.
Represent team in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess issuer performance, provide insights, and drive portfolio strategies
Collaborate with Account Management teams to optimize issuer programs, focused on active accounts and purchase volume growth.
Performance & KPI Management: Track and analyze key product performance indicators (KPIs), including volume, revenue growth, and other key performance metrics.
Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and annual budget exercises to ensure business alignment.
Assess transaction trends to identify optimization and growth opportunities holistically. Business Development & Market Expansion:• Drive strategic product development to anticipate market shifts and ensure a future ready portfolio of complimentary product offerings.
Drive increased adoption among existing issuers.
Implement credit spend activation strategies to boost card usage and transaction volume
Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure Mastercard's solutions align with market trends.
Pipeline & Deal Execution: Manage and progress the credit deal pipeline, driving new agreements and improving conversion rates.
Develop compelling value propositions to strengthen Mastercard's competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Strategy, and Operations teams to refine solutions and improve efficiencies.
Operational management of the division consumer products and local benefits.
