Location: New York, NY or Surrounding Areas 

As part of the Strategic Finance team, you will help scale the financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities of the company and empower decision makers across our different businesses and functions. You will play a key role in all aspects of financial reporting and make significant contributions to high-profile strategic and operational initiatives. 

About The Role:

As the Manager of Strategic Finance at MrBeast, you will be responsible for leading core FP&A processes for all corporate functions across MrBeast. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with leaders across Finance, Operations, and Executive teams to translate company priorities into structured financial plans.

You will provide weekly and monthly insights to business partners on their budget surplus or deficit and the headcount movements driving week-over-week changes. You will build and evaluate headcount scenarios to help business partners understand the impact of different investment paths. You will analyze how resources are allocated across these functions to inform and justify investment recommendations

What you'll be doing:
  • Own and evolve our FP&A rhythm, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-range models
  • Partner with business leaders and finance stakeholders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and operating costs
  • Lead and improve forecasting accuracy and transparency across teams through strong models and operational processes
  • Drive development of financial frameworks that align investment decisions with strategic priorities
  • Create executive-ready reports and insights that help tell the story of our business
  • Build and scale dashboards, planning tools, and systems to support real-time decision making.
  • Identify and solve cross-functional planning challenges, helping bridge strategic goals with financial execution.
  • Support ad hoc analysis to evaluate new initiatives, business cases, or shifts in operating strategy.
What we're looking for:
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking/consulting experience
  • Experience managing forecasting & reporting for major departments within an organization
  • Strong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Track record of collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working directly with senior executives
  • Familiarity with modern planning tools and systems (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, NetSuite).
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
