Lead website strategy to improve user journeys and conversions through research, analytics, stakeholder alignment, SEO integration, competitive benchmarking, and cross-functional execution with UX, product, and content teams.
Seeking a Manager of Web Experience Strategy to drive the development and execution of digital experiences as part of an integrated website roadmap. This role will play a critical part in shaping and implementing digital strategies that enhance engagement with key audiences and optimize the care seeker journey to improve conversion.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital Experience Strategy, you will:
- Build improved web customer experiences and user journeys by analyzing user behavior, mapping navigation patterns, and optimizing touchpoints to drive key KPIs
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to align on business priorities and uncover insights that inform website strategy, UX improvements, and content development
- Define strategic business requirements for website search based on user journey insights, and recommend solutions that position search as a key driver of engagement and conversion.
- Perform competitive assessments to benchmark industry best practices and identify opportunities for differentiation
- Provide recommendations, based on qualitative and quantitative research, to enhance audience engagement, optimize user flows, and improve overall digital experience
- Optimize web strategy to align with broader digital channels, integrating SEO best practices alongside paid, owned, and earned media for a seamless and discoverable customer journey
- Partner with UX designers, product, and content teams to execute roadmap initiatives in alignment with broader marketing and branding objectives
- Manage landing page execution with content and UX/UI strategists to ensure a seamless experience that meets business needs and clearly drives users towards measurable goals
- Develop comprehensive presentations that effectively convey project strategies and secure approvals
- Provide clear guidance on web best practices, digital trends, and user behavior insights to drive cohesive execution
- Partner with the analytics team to define measurement plans, continuously monitor performance metrics, and recommend iterative improvements for targeted KPIs
- 3-5 years in web strategy, website management, or marketing with a focus on customer journey.
- Hands-on experience developing digital experiences that improve user engagement and drive improved conversion rates.
- Proficiency in behavioral analytical tools such as Heap, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, competitive analysis, and research-driven strategy development.
- Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, audience insights, measurement, and privacy regulations.
- Ability to align teams, facilitate decision-making, and drive collaboration across departments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
