Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Five years management experience
- A passion for service and love of dogs
- A high level of self-awareness and willingness to change
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- The ability to plan at least six months in advance
- An ability to multi-task
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet savvy
