The Opportunity

We are seeking a Managing Director who is both a producer and a builder—someone with a strong track record in financial services and proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.

This role is designed for leaders who want to build their own practice while scaling an organization within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals
  • Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year)
  • Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
  • Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business
  • Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach
  • Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)
  • Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services
  • Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities required)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent
  • High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability
