Job Description

You will be dedicated to one of our premiere clients and will work as an integral part of their team. You will play a vital role in ensuring proper oversight of private equity funds, particularly US private wealth products. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic global team and contribute to the continued success of the firm. 

  • You will review and approve NAVs and financial statements by validating performance, controls, and portfolio movements prepared by external providers.
  • You operate and enhance firm‑wide private markets models and systems to support accurate reporting.
  • You ensure your SEC filings and regulatory reports are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • You coordinate with third‑party service providers—auditors, administrators, custodians—by managing workflows and reviewing their deliverables.
  • You act as a product expert and drive collaboration, process improvements, and successful external audits across the organization.

Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and are a CPA or active CPA candidate.
  • You bring 7+ years of SEC reporting, private markets fund accounting, controlling or audit experience, with private credit exposure as a plus.
  • You possess strong US GAAP knowledge and private markets expertise, with bonus skills in VBA, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.
  • You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, communication, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced global environment with many stakeholders.
  • You show high initiative, urgency, and passion for contributing to a leading private markets firm’s ongoing success.
