About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager, Strategy & Operations who will sit at the
intersection of Strategy and Analytics. You will own key prioritization efforts—
ensuring that every launch is evaluated rigorously, every price point is justified,
and our customer experience is continuously improving. You will partner closely
with Analytics, Finance, Product, and Marketing to turn insights into strategic
action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Size and evaluate strategic opportunities across the customer experience —
including product launches, new features, and operational improvements.
  • Identify new growth and efficiency opportunities by analyzing trends in
customer behavior, product performance, and market dynamics.
  • Build financial and strategic models (e.g., unit economics, scenario
planning, contribution margin, TAM/SAM sizing, sensitivity analyses) to
support business cases and guide decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and operationalize
strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between Strategy, Finance,
Product, and Go-to-Market.
  • Develop recurring reporting and dashboards to track performance,
proactively surface risks or opportunities, and create visibility into how
key initiatives are progressing.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven strategy, constantly pushing for deeper
understanding of what drives performance and where the next
opportunity lies.

The experience you have

  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy,
pricing, strategic finance, or a related role.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills—fluency in Excel/Google
Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: you’ll navigate complexity and build clarity
around open-ended business questions.
  • Experience interpreting and acting on data: you translate insights into
clear strategic recommendations and action plans.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration: you’ll
influence peers and senior stakeholders.
  • Intellectual curiosity and business agility: you proactively seek
opportunities and adapt to change.
  • Bonus: Experience in consumer products or e-commerce

Base Salary: $128,000 - $135,500 per year.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
