Role Overview

Mantle is expanding its presence in the Americas and is seeking a highly motivated contributor to join the Mantle Squad Americas. This is a part-time role (15–20 hours per week) for individuals deeply embedded in the US crypto ecosystem and excited to help grow Mantle’s brand, community, and market presence.

As a core member of the Americas squad, you will help shape Mantle’s narrative, partnerships, campaigns, and go-to-market execution across the region, working closely with global teams, founders, creators, and ecosystem partners.

Job Responsibilities

1. IRL Events & Activations

  • Plan, support, and execute offline events, meetups, and activations across the US

  • Represent Mantle in real-world settings and engage attendees

  • Convert event interactions into qualified leads, partnerships, and community relationships

  • Support event execution including coordination, content framing, and on-ground delivery

2. Ecosystem & Partner Operations

  • Support ecosystem growth initiatives across North America

  • Work with media, KOLs, creators, and distribution partners

  • Manage co-marketing initiatives and partner campaign execution

  • Coordinate workflows across external partners and internal stakeholders

3. Campaign & Growth Operations

  • Support execution of growth campaigns and marketing initiatives

  • Assist in content-driven campaigns, community activations, and bounty programs

  • Create and execute content for crypto/Web3 audiences across X (Twitter), including threads, posts, campaign storytelling, community updates, and ecosystem narratives

  • Translate ecosystem activity (events, partnerships, community interactions) into clear external-facing content and narratives

  • Support distribution-related operations and campaign rollouts

  • Ensure execution consistency across timelines, partners, and stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing, ecosystem, community, or growth

  • Strong hands-on experience in IRL events (organizing, hosting, or supporting community/industry events)

  • Ability to represent a crypto/Web3 brand in offline settings and convert interactions into leads or relationships

  • Strong local network within crypto/Web3/RWA ecosystems, with access to relevant founders, creators, or developer communities

  • Experience in operations, marketing execution, or coordination-heavy roles (campaigns, events, partnerships, or ecosystem ops)

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

  • High ownership, reliability, and ability to operate in fast-paced, distributed environments
