About Aidin

Hi, we're Aidin! We're here to create solutions for healthcare’s biggest challenges. Instead of waiting for someone else to step up, we rolled up our sleeves and created a better way to connect patients, payers, and care providers.

We are on a mission to defragment the healthcare ecosystem with a seamless digital platform that transforms healthcare for good and improves outcomes for all.

What we do

Aidin is a dynamic healthcare technology company dedicated to revolutionizing care coordination and care transitions. Our innovative platform empowers healthcare organizations to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and ensure patients receive the highest quality care.

About The Opportunity

Aidin’s business is inherently local. Success in a market depends on real relationships with the hospitals, case managers, and post-acute providers who work together every day to serve patients.  The Market Development Manager is the catalyst for that local groundswell:

  • Our partners learn, connect, and collaborate locally — we need to be there with them.
  • We’ve seen exceptional traction at on-the-ground events like regional ACMA chapters and curated dinners.
  • Being in the market enables spontaneous coffees, deeper conversations, better intel on contract cycles, and more meaningful relationship-building.
  • True “boots on the ground” presence helps us spark market momentum, build early champions, and accelerate our path to deals.

What you will do…

As our Market Development Manager, you will be the face of Aidin in your region — meeting people where they work, learn, and collaborate. You will build trust, elevate our brand, and create the market conditions that unlock future sales opportunities.

  • Build and nurture relationships with case management, utilization management, operational/clinical/financial leaders across local health systems and post-acute providers..
  • Attend and represent Aidin at local chapter meetings, regional conferences, networking events, and community gatherings.
  • Develop a repeatable “market playbook” that includes coffees, drop-ins, small-group dinners, and micro-events.
  • Identify market intelligence — contract timelines, leadership changes, ecosystem dynamics, and influencers.
  • Cultivate early champions and influencers who can help open doors to economic buyers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Marketing to prioritize accounts, coordinate outreach, and support deal progression.
  • Become a trusted local voice who understands the pulse of the care transition ecosystem in your region.
  • Track activity, relationships, and insights using Aidin’s CRM and internal tools.
  • Represent Aidin with professionalism, warmth, and high emotional intelligence.

Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is naturally charismatic, driven, and genuinely enjoys building relationships. You’ll succeed in this role if:

  • You’re dynamic, personable, and immediately likable — people want to talk to you.
  • You have a high EQ — you read rooms, build rapport quickly, and communicate with ease.
  • You’re hungry and motivated — you want to grow fast and expand your career.
  • You’re coachable — you take feedback well and constantly refine your craft.
  • You’re scrappy and resourceful — you figure things out and make things happen.
  • You have solid healthcare experience, with knowledge of post-acute care, case management workflows, referrals, and care transitions.
  • You have a background in SNF or HHA market development, liaison work, or business development.
  • You’re comfortable engaging with clinicians, case managers, and operational/clinical/financial leaders

Why Work at Aidin?

  • Be a part of a trailblazing, mission driven organization that is revolutionizing patient care transitions
  • Opportunity to work and grow with talented, mission-driven, passionate professionals
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • Several Team Offsites each year where we come together and align on our vision, mission, values, and strategic initiatives
  • Generous PTO Policy, plus 12 national holidays

Commitment to Diversity

At Aidin, we strive to create a mindful and respectful environment where everyone can bring their authentic self to work, and experience a culture that is free of harassment, racism, and discrimination. That’s why we are committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and we prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
