About Limina
Limina is the contextual data intelligence platform built for the AI era. Evolved from Private AI, the world's most accurate PII and PHI de-identification engine, Limina governs sensitive data across the entire enterprise AI lifecycle: classification and redaction through agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and real-time data security. Every prompt is a data transaction, and Limina governs every one of them.

We deploy inside the customer's environment with no third-party data processing and produce audit-ready compliance outputs across HIPAA, GDPR, CPRA, PCI-DSS, and more. Trusted by enterprise leaders including Zurich Insurance, MUFG Bank, RBC, Intact Insurance, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Deloitte.

The Role
You'll join Limina's marketing team as our first Market Development Representative, reporting to the VP of Marketing. You'll be a generator of qualified leads, not just a qualifier of them. Your job is to create a pipeline for our Account Executives by finding the people and accounts already showing interest in Limina and turning that interest into real conversations.

You'll help launch our first account-based marketing pilot, and when someone does raise their hand, you'll be the one who qualifies them and gets them to the right AE with full context.

This is not a cold-calling role. It's warm, relevant outreach tied to what buyers have actually done. You'll also bring what you learn back into our campaigns and messaging. It's built for someone early in their career who wants to learn how B2B revenue works from both the marketing and the sales side.

What You'll Do

  • Run signal-based outreach to people who have engaged with Limina but haven't raised their hand, such as webinar attendees, content downloaders, newsletter readers, and repeat website visitors.

  • Reactivate our existing database. Work dormant leads, stalled pre-MQLs, and closed-lost opportunities where timing, budget, or priorities may have changed.

  • Give promising pre-MQL leads a personal touch alongside our nurture programs, so they reach sales faster.

  • Run winback and job-change sequences to re-engage former customers and champions who have moved to new companies.

  • Help pilot our first account-based marketing program. You'll run personalized outreach into a focused set of enterprise target accounts, coordinate with the AEs who own them, and report back on what's landing.

  • Work events end to end. Book meetings before conferences, connect with prospects on site, and follow up afterward.

  • Respond to inbound hand-raisers within one business hour. This covers demo and pricing requests, chat, and trials.

  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and email. Cover use case, data types, deployment environment, compliance drivers, and timeline.

  • Route qualified leads to the right AE and book meetings, with clean handoff notes so no context is lost.

  • Maintain CRM accuracy: lead status, source, disposition, and next steps, so marketing and sales can trust funnel reporting.

  • Take part in marketing planning. Share which signals, messages, and segments produce real buyers, and help shape campaigns based on what you hear from prospects.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a BDR, SDR, marketing, or customer-facing role. A strong track record of learning fast also counts.

  • Initiative: You don't wait for leads to arrive. You go find the people most likely to buy and give them a reason to talk.

  • Curiosity: You want to know why buyers buy. You aren’t afraid to ask lots of questions and listen to the answers.

  • Technical comfort: You can hold a credible conversation about data privacy, AI infrastructure, and enterprise deployment models, or you're hungry to get there quickly.

  • Writing: Clear, concise, personalized writing. Much of this role happens over email with busy technical and compliance buyers.

  • Organization: You can juggle outreach sequences, an inbound queue, and event follow-up without anything falling through the cracks.

  • Low ego, high ownership: You treat list building, research, and CRM hygiene as part of the craft.

  • Bonus: Exposure to account-based marketing or intent-data tools is a plus, but not required.

Growth Path
This role gives you a view across the full revenue engine. Hit your targets consistently and show strong discovery and product fluency, and you can grow toward an Account Executive seat in sales. You could also grow into a demand generation or ABM role in marketing. Along the way you'll shadow AE deal cycles and co-run discovery on select opportunities.

How Success Is Measured

Primary:

  • Qualified pipeline sourced and accepted by AEs

  • Qualified meetings booked and held per month

  • Meetings sourced from signal-based outreach, reactivation, and winback

Supporting:

  • Speed to lead on inbound

  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate

  • CRM data quality and handoff completeness

  • Engagement from ABM pilot accounts (a learning metric for the first six months)

Why Limina

  • Category leadership: We're the most accurate contextual data intelligence engine on the market, trusted by regulated enterprises across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and technology.

  • Perfect market timing: Every organization building AI is grappling with how to govern sensitive data inside it. The buyers you'll reach are urgent and well funded.

  • Ground-floor opportunity: You'll help build a young marketing function and launch our first ABM program.

  • Competitive compensation: Base plus variable tied to sourced pipeline and qualified meetings, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
