We're looking for a Market Development Representative to own follow-up, qualification, and nurture of all inbound and growth-generated leads. This includes leads from paid ads, whitepapers, webinars, events, outbound campaigns, and other account-based outreach efforts. This role is critical in ensuring that every engaged prospect is thoughtfully worked, qualified, and converted into high-quality pipeline.

About the Role

  • Rapidly follow up with all inbound and campaign-generated leads from ads, content downloads, webinars, and account-based outreach

  • Qualify prospects against SuperDial’s ICP and buyer personas across MSOs, DSOs, health systems, and RCM organizations

  • Nurture early-stage leads through personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Re-engage stale or previously unqualified leads through structured follow-up sequences

  • Partner closely with Growth and Sales to align on messaging, campaign performance, and conversion feedback

  • Track engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline attribution in CRM and marketing systems

  • Provide insights to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign ROI

About You:

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation support, SDR/MDR, or lifecycle marketing

  • Strong written communication skills with ability to personalize at scale

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools

  • Data-driven and process-oriented

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

This role offers a base salary between $70,000 and $80,000. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Exceptional candidates may be considered above this range.
