Key Responsibilities:

  • Build dashboards and automated reporting that reflect real-time performance and alignment with business KPIs.

Cohort Analysis & Pipeline Forecasting

  • Run cohort analyses to understand lead quality, channel efficiency, conversion velocity, and ROI.
  • Forecast pipeline, revenue contribution, and performance scenarios to guide planning and budget allocation.

Insights & Experimentation

  • Ensure fast insight cycles across experiments, campaigns, and content releases.
  • Partner with growth marketers to recommend test designs, evaluate results, and guide investment decisions.

KPI Ownership & Optimization

  • Own KPI frameworks for acquisition, lifecycle, and funnel performance.
  • Identify gaps, diagnose funnel issues, and recommend actionable improvements.

Funnel Analytics & Revenue Reporting

  • Build and maintain clear funnel views (lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity → revenue).
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with data-backed insights and narratives.

    Required Experience and Qualifications:

    Required experience with:

    • Salesforce CRM
    • Pardot (Account Engagement)

    • Understand full-funnel B2B marketing and the relationship between channels, content, and revenue
    • Are hands-on with marketing systems and able to troubleshoot, build, and optimize data workflows
    • Can partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps

    Requirements

    • 8+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, revenue operations, or similar roles
    • Strong command of B2B funnel analytics and attribution
    • Advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling and business insights
    • Experience building dashboards and forecasting models
    • Ability to translate data into decisions with speed and clarity

    • Marketing decisions are consistently data-backed
    • The team has real-time visibility into performance
    • Experiments are run quickly and insights are actionable
    • Campaign and content ROI becomes clearer and more predictable
