The Project
Lead a groundbreaking ML/AI integration project that transforms how we leverage marketing data. You'll develop predictive models, automated insights, and AI-driven optimization strategies using real client datasets.
What You'll Do
- Build ML models to predict campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies
- Create automated data pipelines integrating diverse marketing data sources
- Design interactive dashboards visualizing ML insights for stakeholders
- Research cutting-edge AI approaches for marketing challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify ML applications in marketing workflows
What We Need
Technical Skills:
- Strong ML foundation (supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP)
- Python proficiency with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Data preprocessing and feature engineering experience
- SQL and database knowledge
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio)
Marketing Knowledge:
- Understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, ROAS, CPM)
- Ability to translate ML insights into actionable marketing recommendations
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong project management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset for data integration challenges
Qualifications
- Rising seniors or recent graduates in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, Statistics, or related field
