CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.
Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.
CLO Virtual Fashion, which is leading the global digital fashion market, currently has a total of 13 offices in 11 countries around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.
Position Overview
CLO Virtual Fashion is looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern to join our Brand Communications team (immediate / flexible timeline). This individual will support the Brand Communications Manager by analyzing and reporting on marketing performance across channels, with a primary focus on social content and paid media, as well as occasional campaigns, events, and brand activations.
The ideal candidate is someone who is curious about how data drives marketing decisions and enjoys turning numbers into clear, actionable insights. You should be eager to learn, highly analytical, and comfortable organizing data and identifying key takeaways that help optimize performance.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics while being an integral part of a small, collaborative communications team—your work will directly inform strategy and make a real impact (no busy work here!).
CLO is a global company, so you may be asked to collaborate with team members in other regions or occasionally join meetings at odd hours, but you will mainly be working with the NY-based Brand Communications team.

Responsibilities
- Generate regular reports for marketing activities, primarily social media content, as well as campaigns, events, and brand activations
- Organize and analyze performance data across channels, summarizing results and surfacing key insights and recommendations
- Support the optimization of paid media campaigns by monitoring performance, testing variables, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Assist in building dashboards, presentations, or recaps to communicate results to internal stakeholders
- Conduct research on industry benchmarks, trends, and competitors to provide context for performance analysis
- Collaborate with the Brand Communications team to align analytics insights with content and campaign strategySupport other marketing analytics and reporting needs as they arise
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Analytics, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear takeaways
- Experience or familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Slides); experience with data visualization is a plus
- Ability to manage own projects and work independentlyInterest in fashion, tech, and the intersection of both
