Why RoboForce

RoboForce is an AI robotics company building Physical AI–powered Robo-Labor systems for dull, dirty, and dangerous work. Our robots are designed to operate in complex, unstructured industrial environments, with a focus on real-world deployment and scalability.

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead (AI & Robotics) to define how RoboForce shows up to the world. In this role, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team as the steward of our narrative, shaping how our technology, products, and long-term vision are understood by investors, customers, partners, media, and future teammates. You will own how RoboForce is positioned, perceived, and remembered.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Core Narrative: Define and evolve RoboForce’s messaging across all touchpoints, including the website, social media, decks, and keynotes. Ensure a clear, consistent, and credible story that reflects our technical leadership and long-term ambition.
  • Establish Brand Authority: Position RoboForce as a credible leader in Physical AI and robotics by shaping thought leadership, identifying high-impact platforms, and prioritizing signal over noise through fewer, higher-quality moments.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and execute marketing strategy across key channels, including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and WeChat. Own content strategy, cadence, campaign planning, and performance iteration.
  • Campaigns & Launches: Lead focused marketing campaigns and product or milestone launches. Align messaging across investor decks, demos, and launch assets to ensure immediate activation when milestones are reached.
  • PR & External Communications: Own how RoboForce is presented during meaningful moments, coordinating messaging across PR, social, video, and events while working with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Talent Magnet Storytelling: Create compelling content that attracts world-class talent by highlighting the people, culture, and execution mindset behind RoboForce.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketing, ideally within deep tech, robotics, AI, or adjacent technical fields.
  • Exceptional Writing: Strong, precise writing ability with a track record of explaining complex technical systems in an accurate, persuasive, and accessible way.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable engaging with engineers and technical leaders, asking the right questions, and understanding why the system works and why it matters.
  • 0-to-1 Builder Mindset: Experience creating structure from ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Taste & Judgment: Strong editorial and brand judgment—knowing when to be bold, when to be restrained, and how to balance credibility with ambition.
  • Execution Velocity: Ability to move quickly, take ownership, and switch seamlessly between strategy and hands-on execution as the company evolves.
  • Work Mode: Onsite preferred; hybrid available.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience building or evolving a brand in B2B, technical, or frontier technology spaces.
  • Experience leading PR, communications, or launches during high-stakes or high-visibility moments.
  • Experience supporting fundraising narratives or investor communications.

Benefits

  • Competitive stock options/equity programs.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan.
  • Visa sponsorship and green card support for qualified candidates.
  • Lunches and dinners, a fully stocked kitchen, and regular team-building events.
