We’re looking for a Marketing and Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing programs in support of our U.S. commercial sales organization, focused on expanding this business line’s pipeline for larger, relationship-driven clients.
This role supports a relationship-based sales organization working with commercial clients on complex energy procurement and cost management decisions. You’ll partner closely with direct sales, subject-matter experts, and leadership to align marketing strategy with client needs, market dynamics, and business goals.
This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable building and executing programs, setting up core marketing systems, and measuring impact in a longer sales cycle environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across industries and regions
- Build lead-nurturing programs that educate prospects on market trends, procurement strategy, and energy expertise.
- Collaborate with direct sales and outreach team to support enablement, events, outreach, and pipeline growth
- Develop clear, client-ready content that simplifies complex energy topics
- Own website content, landing pages, and SEO direction for the commercial energy business
- Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline impact. Use data to optimize campaigns, segmentation, and channel strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams, HubSpot SME’s, and external agencies, including PR partners
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the Creative Marketing Manager
- Manage marketing budget, vendors, and overall execution quality
What you'll bring:
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, professional services marketing, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting outside sales or relationship-based sales teams in long sales-cycle environments (consulting, energy, financial services, technical services).
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot required).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards, analyzing performance, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical insights into accessible, client-ready messaging.
- Experience managing vendors, creative teams, or agencies.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
