Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will work with strategists, project managers, designers, writers and channel specialists to keep marketing activities organised, timely and aligned with client goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across client accounts

  • Help coordinate content, creative assets and campaign materials across different channels

  • Maintain campaign calendars, task lists and project documentation

  • Assist with preparing client reports, presentations and marketing updates

  • Conduct basic research on audiences, competitors, industries and marketing trends

  • Help monitor campaign performance and maintain accurate marketing data

  • Follow up on outstanding tasks, approvals and deliverables with internal teams

  • Support marketing team members with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, administration or a related field

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentation tools and digital platforms

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email, SEO and paid advertising

  • Proactive, dependable and comfortable working as part of a remote team

NICE TO HAVE
Internship or academic experience in marketing; familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar platforms; social media experience; and basic knowledge of content creation or marketing analytics.
