As a Marketing Associate focused on Events & Community, you’ll be at the heart of our brand presence—both online and IRL—by designing and executing experiences that engage, inspire, and grow Keyway’s real estate ecosystem. You’ll help us build a meaningful community of customers, influencers, and partners through high-impact events, content collaborations, and an ambassador network.

What You’ll Do

Event Marketing & Execution

  • Plan and execute community-building events (virtual and in-person), including meetups, happy hours, panels, conferences, and sponsored activations
  • Own the full event lifecycle—from ideation and promotion to logistics and post-event engagement

Community Building

  • Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, influencers, and thought leaders to fuel organic brand advocacy
  • Launch and manage an Ambassador Program to amplify Keyway’s voice in the industry

Content & Engagement

  • Create buzzworthy moments and shareable content across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Support storytelling and brand positioning through recaps, testimonials, and thought-leadership pieces tied to events and community efforts

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align community efforts with strategic goals
  • Analyze community and event performance to optimize engagement and reach

Who You Are

Marketing Enthusiast:
2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community management—ideally in a fast-paced B2B startup or PropTech environment.

Relationship-Builder:
Naturally connects with people. You know how to create authentic engagement and foster long-term relationships.

Creative Executor:
You bring fresh ideas to the table and know how to bring them to life with strong project management and attention to detail.

Industry-Curious:
You're genuinely interested in real estate, PropTech, and AI. Bonus points if you’ve worked with these audiences before.

Strong Communicator:
Clear, concise, and inspiring in both written and verbal formats. Bonus if you're comfortable presenting or hosting events.
