SuperDial is building AI-powered automation to fix broken workflows in healthcare revenue cycle management. We partner with fast-growing healthcare organizations to eliminate manual processes, accelerate cash flow, and free up teams to focus on higher-impact work. We’re early, ambitious, and execution-focused.

We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Associate to own our marketing operations engine, including HubSpot lifecycle marketing, sales enablement support, and event coordination.

About the Role
  • Own HubSpot marketing operations including segmentation, workflows, newsletters, and campaign execution

  • Partner with Sales to support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and enablement materials

  • Create, update, and QA external-facing collateral and sales assets

  • Coordinate conferences and field marketing efforts, including presentations and supporting materials

  • Manage freelance designers and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables

  • Improve marketing processes to increase speed and scalability

About You
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing ops, or sales enablement

  • Strong hands-on HubSpot experience

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills

  • Strong written communication and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have:
  • B2B SaaS or healthcare experience

  • Experience supporting events

  • Basic design sensibility

The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000-$115,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
