Primary Responsibilities:
Project & Workstream Management
Manage marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Coordinate workstreams across branding, demand generation, customer experience, digital marketing, and events.
Maintain project timelines, track progress, and prepare updates for internal stakeholders.
Support the development and documentation of new marketing processes and workflows.
Work across Marketing’s disciplinary pillars, including Growth, Content, Operations, Institutional, and Core Wealth practice development.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Support digital marketing workplans focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
Support direct-response marketing initiatives and track campaign performance metrics.
Collaborate on marketing automation and CRM initiatives to enhance lead nurturing.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business development teams, advisors, and practice leaders to facilitate marketing programs aligned with business priorities.
Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, content, and practice development teams to execute integrated campaigns.
Serve as a liaison between Marketing and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Marketing Support & Execution
Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and client engagement activities.
Assist in the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and content for various channels.
Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
2–4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on project management and workstream coordination.
Background in agency, professional services (consulting, legal, accounting), or financial services.
Experience with digital marketing and lead generation.
Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Team player with a growth mindset who welcomes feedback and pursues continuous improvement.
Ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the institutional and core wealth management landscape in financial services.
Understanding of B2B2C marketing strategies, including account-based marketing and persona-driven campaigns.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience with Asana for project management.
Passion for building new processes and contributing to the growth of a central marketing function.
Compensation Range:
$75,000 - $100,000
