About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing team. This is a hands-on, generalist role designed to give you broad exposure across the full marketing function - from product marketing and campaigns to content, enablement, and go-to-market execution.

You’ll work closely with the product marketing team and collaborate across the wider Marketing organization, including demand generation, customer marketing, and brand. This breadth is intentional: we want someone who’s eager to learn how all the pieces of a marketing team fit together, and who can contribute meaningfully across multiple workstreams from day one.

This role is a great fit if you can translate complexity into clarity, are energized by cross-functional work, and want to build a well-rounded marketing foundation in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Help translate product capabilities and releases into clear, outcome-focused narratives for different audiences
  • Create user-facing content - how-to guides, one-pagers, release notes, and quick-reference materials - for new features and workflows
  • Develop and maintain a library of educational resources including videos, demos, and written guides for key user groups
  • Partner with the broader Marketing team to develop and support campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new feature releases, coordinating timelines and deliverables across teams
  • Build sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, and competitive one-pagers that help internal teams communicate product value
  • Contribute to campaign execution across channels, including email, in-app, and content, gaining hands-on experience with the full campaign lifecycle
  • Monitor user questions and feedback to identify content gaps and inform messaging priorities over time
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, customer success, demand generation, or a related role for a B2B technology company
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex information into clear, compelling narratives
  • Analytical and comfortable pulling data, reviewing metrics, and drawing insights from different datasets to create campaigns and assess performance
  • Intellectually curious: passionate about learning the product and understanding its value for different customer segments and users
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and figures things out independently - you don’t wait to be told what to do, you identify what needs to happen and make it happen
  • Collaborative by nature, with a track record of working effectively across functions
  • Genuinely curious about technology - you pick up new platforms quickly, experiment freely, and actively look for ways AI and marketing tools can help the team work smarter
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or healthtech environment is preferred, though not required
  • Familiarity with the HME/DME or healthcare ordering space - understanding clinician, supplier, and patient workflows is preferred, though not required
  • Hands-on experience with any of the following is a plus:
    • Design tools such as Figma and Gamma for creating visual assets and collaborating on marketing materials
    • Customer communication and marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io and HubSpot for lifecycle messaging and campaign execution
    • AI-powered tools such as Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI for accelerating content and workflow automation
Benefits
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Comprehensive plans with options for low-to-no-cost premiums.
  • Employer HSA Contribution: Company-funded contributions to your Health Savings Account.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Equity Incentive Plan
  • Annual Company-Wide Bonus: Opportunity for up to 15% bonus based on company performance.
  • Remote-First Culture: We are remote-first with a dedicated NYC office and reimbursement options for co-working spaces.
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Summer Fridays: 5 additional Fridays off during the summer (separate from PTO).
  • Home Office and Wellness Stipend
  • Monthly Internet Stipend
  • Annual Learning and Development Stipend
Base Salary Band (based on experience and level)

$60,000 - $80,000
