Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a remotely-based Marketing Automation Analyst!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Marketing Automation Analyst to support our email marketing initiatives and drive performance through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role will be responsible for building, deploying, and analyzing email campaigns and journeys for low to medium complexity accounts, with a focus on optimizing engagement and revenue outcomes.​

  • Independently create medium-complexity emails in SFMC, including formatting, coding, and adding text, images, and dynamic content.

  • Deploy medium to high-complexity email campaigns using SFMC.

  • Develop and execute low-complexity deployment strategies to support campaign goals.

  • Set up and manage email journeys and triggered email campaigns within SFMC.

  • Monitor and report on email performance for low to medium complexity accounts.

  • Analyze campaign results and translate insights into client-facing presentations.

  • Provide recommendations to improve email campaign performance and support program and revenue goals for low complexity accounts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email marketing aligns with broader marketing strategies.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably within an agency environment.

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is required.

  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting and coding.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM).

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and personalization strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AMPscript or SQL within SFMC.

Target Compensation

$90,000 - $100,000

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$76,100.00 - $114,200.00
