Marketing & Business Development Manager

Residential Property Management Firm | New York City

 

Primary responsibilities consist of generating new business opportunities and expanding the firm’s residential management portfolio throughout New York City. This role will focus heavily on proactive outreach, relationship building, and identifying condominium and cooperative buildings that may be seeking new property management representation.

 

This will include researching and identifying potential clients through various channels, including industry networking events, referrals, real estate and board member relationships, market research, public records, property databases, management transition activity, and learning of buildings experiencing operational, financial, or service-related challenges. The position may require consistent outreach efforts, including cold calling, emailing, attending industry functions, introducing the firm to Board Members and owners, and coordinating introductory meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

 

Responsibilities will also include tracking leads and business development activity, maintaining ongoing communication with prospective clients, assisting with proposals and marketing materials, and working closely with senior leadership to help convert opportunities into long-term management relationships. The role is intended to be highly proactive and relationship-driven, with a strong emphasis on identifying opportunities, initiating contact, and helping grow the firm’s presence within the NYC residential real estate market.

 

Preferred Qualifications

College degree required.
