Own integrated marketing campaign strategy and execution for new-market and new-logo segments. Description
Marketing Campaign Manager, New Markets:
You will drive growth for Cellebrite’s newest customer segments as we expand beyond our core install base. This role owns campaign strategy and execution for a defined set of new-logo segments — spanning enterprise accounts and specialized, public-sector-adjacent verticals — as those segments scale into full motions.
We need an experienced Campaign Manager who is proactive, analytical, collaborative, AI-fluent, and comfortable managing multiple projects and segments at one time.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute campaigns that support new-market and new-logo segments as they scale from early traction to established motions.
- Bring an AI-first mindset to the role: let AI tools handle the manual, repeatable work so your time goes toward the strategic calls — what to test, where to invest, and how to move each segment forward.
- Align with the business goals of the Growth Marketing organization.
- Align with the business goals of AMER, EMEA, and APAC teams, through the Field Marketing teams in those regions.
- Plan campaigns at least one to two business quarters ahead, collaborating with Field Marketing for maximum productivity and market relevance.
Lead With Engagement:
- Work with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to unify marketing campaigns with overall business goals. Act as the primary owner for campaign strategy, execution, and performance within your segments.
Revenue and Pipeline Focus:
- The objective is pipeline creation and revenue growth using all the tools at your disposal. Drive demand for key offerings, increase trial adoption and conversion, and create momentum for new-logo acquisition across your segments.
- Stay connected with sales to ensure programs support deal progression and address buying team needs.
- Prioritize leading indicators of segment health — trial adoption, pipeline quality, and MQL-to-SQL progression — not just volume.
Performance Analysis:
- Work with Marketing Operations to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics across the sales funnel, by segment, including new-logo acquisition and pipeline quality.
Program Delivery:
- Ensure marketing programs and tactics are delivered on time, within budget, and meet ROI expectations.
- 4+ years of Campaign Management experience within SaaS or a high-tech environment, with experience running new-logo or new-market acquisition campaigns, and a proven ability to execute successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to take on manual work, freeing you up to focus on strategy and judgment calls.
- Experience with ABX tools such as 6sense or Demandbase.
- Proficiency with Office 365, Salesforce.com, project management tools (like Monday, Asana, Wrike, etc.), and BI solutions (Qlik, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple segments/campaigns concurrently.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various marketing stakeholders and sales teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Location: US preferred; open to candidates based in Europe.
