- Schedule: 1–2 days per week
- Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
WeWard is looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Intern to support our content creation efforts in collaboration with Cameron, our Community Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join our NYC team and bring our brand to life—both behind the scenes and out on the streets!
As part of this role, you’ll be creating engaging content for social media, helping develop campaigns, supporting community activations, and—yes—occasionally stepping into the shoes of Wardy, our beloved panda mascot. If you're not afraid to have fun in front of a camera or a crowd, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Assist with content ideation and production across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Participate in on-site activations and local campaigns led by Cameron
- Wear and embody Wardy the Panda for videos, photos, and occasional in-person events
- Help brainstorm creative strategies to grow our NYC community
- Participate in brand ambassadorship efforts and local outreach
What We’re Looking For
- A student or recent grad seeking hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, or social media
- Someone energetic, outgoing, and comfortable being on camera (and in costume!)
- Strong communication and creativity skills
- Based in NYC and available to work in-person 1–2 days per week
- Bonus: experience with video editing apps or a love of pandas 🐼
Recruitment timeline
- 30-min get-to-know-each-other chat with Cameron (Community Manager) — to dive into the role.
- 30-min call with Kaënaath, our Talent Acquisition Specialist — to discuss your background, expectations, and introduce you to WeWard.
- Office tour to meet other team members!
If all goes well and the vibe fits... welcome!! 🐼
