About the role

Chartis is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support one of our client’s Marketing Management Team, working closely with the AMER Brand Marketing Manager. The role is designed to scale their marketing efforts across the Americas at a moment of growth. The primary purpose of the role is to take ownership of day-to-day Cultural Partner (CP) Marketing delivery across the region, while contributing to brand campaigns and activations and, as capacity allows, B2B marketing. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and agile individual who is equally comfortable building strong relationships with cultural partners and rolling up their sleeves to keep multiple workstreams moving. This position reports to their Global Head of Brand and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take day-to-day ownership of Cultural Partner (CP) Marketing across the Americas, providing tailored, ongoing support to cultural partners, including:
  • Serving as the main marketing point of contact for cultural partners across the US and wider Americas, ensuring responsive, reliable communication.
  • Managing custom and standardized creative requests, coordinating with internal teams (Creative, Brand, and Content) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Delivering CP marketing training and onboarding support to help institutions make the most of our client's tools and best practices.
  • Overseeing the generation, distribution, and tracking of partner QR codes, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
  • Maintaining accurate project tracking through internal management tools (e.g. Asana) to support clear workflows and reporting.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and site visits to monitor the progress of CP marketing and strengthen relationships.
  • Liaising with external vendors for print, localized production, and delivery needs.
  • Contribute to regional brand campaigns, media buys, and sponsorship activations, coordinating with local media, events, and cultural partners to bring them to life.
  • Provide event support across both partner and brand activity, including logistics coordination, supplier relationships, and on-site management for convenings and activations.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and assist in the generation of post-campaign reports.
  • Conduct research on events, festivals, media outlets, and organizations to help shape regional marketing programs.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, archiving, vendor payments, invoicing, and database and Google Drive management.
  • Provide general project management support to ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in an agency, art, cultural, or start-up environment.
  • Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
  • Strong interest in the arts and cultural sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • A highly agile, hands-on, and proactive mindset – comfortable owning delivery and shifting between priorities at pace.
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a strong problem-solving approach.
  • Able to work independently with self-motivation, while collaborating closely as part of a small team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Salesforce) is a plus.
