You work directly with operational leaders to coordinate seamless marketing initiatives that support business goals and elevate the guest experience. By managing branding efforts and developing collateral, you ensure consistent, compelling communication that strengthens our market position and fosters lasting connections with our audience.
Job Description:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
- Execute all marketing, promotions, and social media content to support business objectives
- Oversee delivery and execution of collateral to ensure brand consistency across venues
- Collaborate closely with managers and regional teams to gather feedback and optimize promotions and marketing materials
- Assist with special events, True Rewards execution, and corporate partnership efforts to enhance value for the company and the player's club
- Manage virtual ticket job requests for marketing programs, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate signage, digital messaging, and marketing item placement and removal at all route venues
- Support administrative duties including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and creating documents
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 year of marketing experience required
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

- Occasionally push/pull up to 50lbs
