Description

We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team! You will lead and execute impactful, on-the-ground marketing initiatives.

In this role, you’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive demand, engage prospects, and strengthen our brand presence through events and regional campaigns.

About Us

Voyantis was founded in 2020 on the premise that market fundamentals are shifting companies worldwide from growth-at-all-costs strategies to efficient and responsible growth practices, with a focus on improving Unit Economics. With a bold mission to leverage AI to reimagine the whole Growth process, to streamline this transition and ensure its sustainability, Voyantis eliminates the guesswork from customer value creation, empowering leaders with actionable strategies and tactics to acquire, nurture and retain the high-value customers their businesses really need, with the actions and the timing that would be most impactful to achieve their goals.

Leading companies like Miro, Rappi and Moneylion rely on Voyantis to effectively apply these predictions. They use Voyantis to drive high-value customer acquisition on platforms like Google and Meta, optimize incentives through Salesforce and Braze, and perfectly time upsells, resulting in a 20%-40% ROI uplift.

Voyantis is well-backed by top VCs such as Target Global and SquarePeg. The company has tripled in size annually over the past two years and now boasts a team of 70 with offices in California, New York and Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities
  • Support execution of field marketing events—from VIP dinners to large-scale conferences—handling logistics, guest coordination, and on-site setup with precision and polish.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product to keep campaigns moving—whether that’s scheduling email drops, tracking content approvals, or prepping internal teams.
  • Manage pre- and post-event coordination, including updating landing pages, pulling attendee lists, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining clean CRM data.
  • Confidently represent Voyantis at events and customer touchpoints, serving as an ambassador for our brand and voice.
  • Work closely with design and content to create materials for events, campaigns, and social moments that reflect our tone and aesthetic.
  • Help organize marketing calendars, stand-ups, and status updates across the team to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Be ready to jump into fast-moving priorities and one-off projects as needed—from competitor tracking to asset QA to swag sourcing.

Requirements
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, event coordination, or operations (startup or SaaS experience a plus).
  • Exceptionally organized and reliable, with strong project management instincts and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Notion, and Zoom; bonus if you’ve touched Salesforce or design tools.
  • Eager to grow your skills across content, demand gen, and product marketing, not just logistics.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and occasional ambiguity with professionalism and good humor.

Based in or near NYC, with openness to travel for event support (~25%).

$80,00/ year to $110,000/year + equity + benefits
