Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing organization by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications and projects, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of B2B digital marketing trends and operational execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive professional, capable of managing their workload, coordinating with others and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced start-up style / private equity environment.

Key Outcomes and Deliverables:
  • Campaign Execution: Lead and contribute to marketing campaign activities across channels, including web, email, social media, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and assist in execution planning for marketing campaigns.
  • Brand & Content Review Cycles: Manage approval process and associated form factor design and production for thought leadership, campaign, digital and PR content.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Schedule meetings, manage internal communications, and maintain organized records for marketing initiatives.
  • Social Media & Content Posting: Publish content across channels and platforms while adhering to brand guidelines and strategic engagement goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between marketing, executive teams, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Swag & Promotional Material Management: Oversee inventory, ordering, and distribution of branded merchandise to enhance corporate branding efforts.
  • Event Planning Support: Assist in coordinating company events, webinars, and sponsorship activations to ensure successful execution.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Gather campaign performance metrics and compile reports to help refine marketing strategies.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or administrative support roles within a corporate or startup setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and branding principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Bizzabo, Highspot, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Distinctions
  • Certification in digital marketing or project management (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, PMP, or PRINCE2).
  • Experience in B2B, FinTech or financial services marketing.
  • Prior exposure to branding, content marketing, and demand generation strategies.
