Map Labs is looking for an awesome Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts! We are seeking someone with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about marketing and open to learning in a fun, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both marketing and graphic design, assisting in developing compelling materials to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Map Labs helps businesses unlock the revenue potential of Google Maps marketing. We built a platform so businesses can profitably acquire new customers through Google Business Profiles. We sell our platform as software-as-a-service and provide strategic marketing advice on Google Business Profiles and Ads. We base our advice on our experience, industry knowledge, and insights from our data. We’re a customer-funded startup. We’re growing and need your help.

Our staff work around the world. This contract role is based remotely.



Requirements

What You’ll Do

You will help execute our marketing strategy here at Map Labs. Your role will involve a little bit of everything, as there are a wide variety of projects we work on. We are looking for someone comfortable managing several projects at once, who is ready to learn and add value where needed. We have a strong content marketing program running, and will need help with copywriting, content creation (blogs, industry reports), creating marketing materials (company deck, one-pagers, pamphlets, graphics, etc.), social media marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Design & Content Creation: Develop and design marketing materials (e.g., social media, industry reports, infographics, blogs, etc) with Adobe Suite 

  • Social Media: Manage and design content/copy for social media platforms 

  • Event Support: Help coordinate event materials and logistics for trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities 

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance and provide insights for improvement (on website, social media, free trials, etc.)

  • Anything else we need to do! We’re a small team here at Map Labs and it's all hands on deck!

What You’ll Need


  • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Marketing.

  • 2+ years of marketing experience

  • Experience copywriting branded content

  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, PS, Illustrator, etc)

  • Experience working with Google Analytics/GA4

  • Ability to manage and execute projects collaboratively and independently

  • Ability to communicate professionally with external stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with HubSpot
