As part of the Marketing Growth Strategy and Activation team, the Marketing Coordinator facilitates, executes, and/or aggregates measurable results across key business segments to drive growth and visibility. Collectively, the team manages programs that connect our brand, advisors, and clients through cohesive, results-driven marketing.


The Coordinator helps bring our brand to life across key markets by supporting the execution of targeted marketing initiatives that strengthen awareness and contribute to business development efforts. This role plays a central part in building and operationalizing scalable frameworks that support prospecting, business development, and market activation, and growth-focused campaigns.


Success in this role requires a strong balance of project management, execution, operational discipline, and creativity. The Coordinator will help establish repeatable processes, manage workflows, and track performance, using insights to refine and improve outcomes over time. This role will also contribute to the development of polished, client-ready materials and presentations that support business development efforts. The ideal candidate is both organized and adaptable, able to navigate complexity, collaborate across teams, and support high-quality, compliant marketing programs that drive measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate, coordinate, and support the execution of marketing initiatives, including collateral, campaigns, and business development efforts that drive growth and market activation.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions to help define efficient, scalable approaches that support successful project delivery.
  • Maintain visibility into project status across the team, including ownership transitions, compliance submissions, and approvals.
  • Create and own repeatable processes that support market activation efforts across the full workflow from strategy through execution.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and measure the impact on behalf of team’s active initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage quarterly updates to firmwide statistics used across prospecting and business development materials.
  • Gather and synthesize performance data across initiatives to support team-wide reporting on quarterly and annual results.
  • In collaboration with relevant team members and departments, coordinate applicable content, populate, and draft institutional RFPs in support of broad business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s institutional teams to support RFP-related efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on institutional marketing including OCIO and traditional consulting services, metrics tracking, and copywriting and project management skills.
  • Strong collaborator with experience partnering with teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to proactively manage complex timelines and workflows in a fast-paced environment with reliability and consistency.
  • Comfort with ownership of oversight and coordination on large-scale projects involving various team members and departments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-informed mindset; able to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Timely and clear communicator with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial services, professional services, or other regulated industries preferred.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $65,000 - $70,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
