Manage end-to-end marketing operations including HubSpot campaigns and list hygiene, LinkedIn outreach, content creation (blogs, press, social), conference coordination, a young-professionals community, and regular reporting to leadership.

Panoplai is the AI-powered platform for synthetic data and digital twins in market research. We help enterprise clients scale samples, test concepts, and simulate audience behavior — with statistical rigor you can actually show a client.

We're a small, fast team and this role touches everything. You'll own campaigns, content, events, press, outreach, and a community program for young professionals in research and data. If you want to build something real, this is it.

WHAT YOU'LL OW

  • Run HubSpot end-to-end — campaigns, nurture sequences, contact hygiene, and list management
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach via HeyReach — prospect lists, sequences, and performance tracking
  • Write and publish 2–3 blog posts per month, press releases, and social content — mostly repurposed from events and conversations, not from scratch
  • Own our LinkedIn company page and executive posting program — draft posts for leadership and keep the cadence going without being asked
  • Coordinate conferences end-to-end: logistics, pre-event outreach, post-event uploads, and follow-up sequences
  • Build and run our young professionals community in market research and AI — events, newsletter, member growth, and warm pipeline
  • Maintain the weekly marketing dashboard and monthly report for leadership

ABOUT YOU

  • 2–4 years in a marketing coordinator or marketing ops role
  • Strong writer — blog posts, press releases, and LinkedIn copy without heavy editing
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience and comfort with LinkedIn outreach tools
  • CMS experience and Canva proficiency
  • Self-directed — you figure out what needs to happen and do it
  • Bonus: B2B SaaS, market research, data, or AI background
